The line of credit taps into your home’s equity and offers low variable APRs, adjusted quarterly. You may borrow up to 80% of the appraised value of the home, minus the mortage balance and any other outstanding liens.  The rate is set according to the Prime rate. Line of credit program dependent on member's creditworthiness.
 
 
Home Equity Closed End Loans also offers a minimum loan amount of $10,000 and a maximum loan amount of $150,000 with terms of 7, 10, or 15 years is also possible.
 
The Home Equity loan has limits up to 80% of the appraised value minus the first mortgage balance and any other outstanding liens. The interest is fixed. Qualified applicants must be deemed credit worthy.
