Oakland County Credit Union offers membership to anyone who works, worships or resides in one of the finest counties in the country. Established in 1953 primarily for the purpose of serving Oakland County employees and their immediate families, we expanded our field of membership in Janaury of 2007. Today, OCCU has grown into a full-service financial institution owned by its 22,000 members.
With four branches to serve our growing membership, OCCU offers a complete menu of financial products and services. Vehicle loans, savings products, credit cards, mortgages, and financial planning are only a small sampling of a lengthy list of possibilities our members enjoy.
Our primary field of membership remains mostly of Oakland County employees and residents, yet we have a fairly large number of businesses that have joined our membership ranks to offer a no-cost benefit to their employees. If your business is interested in joining OCCU, please email us at
